1Product features

This product is side(upper)movable, rectangular jig. With the features of stable slice, good separation result, and convenient maintenance, with the diaphragm and drive unit installed at one side of the jigging chamber. It is widely used for recovering high-grade ore with fine gain size in the gold ore dressing plant, separating rough concentrate in the gravel mining plant, and recovering the monomer coarse gold in advance by being arranged in the grinding classification loop in the rock gold dressing plant.
The improved type (A) adopted the design of water diversion valve. The feeding water is distributed by the linkage of the drive unit. With unique and advanced structure, it is realized reasonably water compensation.

2 Notes for selection

2.1 Please specify the model and quantity, as well as the mesh size while placing your order. If there is no special requirement, we will supply the machine with each aperture of 2mm.
2.2 If there is no special requirement for the drive model, we will make the jig with left drive.
2.3 Single hopper and double hopper of jigging chamber are available to customer’s selection, please specify it while placing your order.
